We don't believe in day-of, last minute "gotcha" charges. We'll show up at your convenience, inspect all areas you want us to clean, and provide an accurate quote that is upfront and specific.
During the onsite visit, our technician will check the surfaces to be cleaned, point out any potential issues, and explain the services to be provided.
Once you accept the quote and approve the work, you'll schedule the service to be performed for a date and time that fits your schedule.
On the day of service, simply check off the items on the pre-service checklist, such as moving cars away from the house, removing patio furniture from the deck, and a few other items. Then sit back and rest easy with the knowledge that North Metro Softwash is on the job!
